Returns


Return / Exchange Conditions

  • All returns must be completed within 10 days of receiving your order. Sale items are FINAL SALE meaning they cannot be returned. 
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.

How to start a return:

  • At Bella Bali, we want to make sure that all our customers are satisfied! Please email us at contact@shopbellabali.com to start the return process and for next steps.

How the return / exchange is processed:

  • Once we have received your return, our customer service team will reach out to you via email to confirm that we have received your item(s) and help you complete the process. 

Damaged Items

  • We do the best we can to provide the best quality products as possible but we know that we will not always be able to do this 100% of the time. If there happens to be an issue with your order, let us know and we will do our best to make things right. Send an email to shopbellabali.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Canceling Orders

  • If you change your mind about your order and would like to cancel, get in touch with us as soon as possible at contact@shopbellabali.com. Once your order is processed, it goes straight to dispatch. For this reason, it is quite rare we are able to cancel after payment clears.
  • We will try our best to cancel your order and refund you straight away. Unfortunately, if your order has left the warehouse, you will need to return it once receive your package and we can process a return from there.
